Need some very short responses

Hey guys, my magically amazingly talented bff Ian is doing a readying/performance that he says: “The whole thing is something of an experiment in authorship and emergent complexity.” (don’t ask, this crazy guy always has something up his sleeve that confuses me) and needs people’s responses to this question:
“What needs to change?” Answer any way you wish, but each response should be no more than 15 words, and shorter’s better. Multiple responses are great. They don’t necessarily have to be deeply considered– feel free to reply with something off the top of your head.
Help a brotha out! Look how adorable he is up there! I’m sending him responses Thursday night.
