Girls like this make me want curly hair, despite what my mother drilled into my head about curly hair being the death of her and how she'd kill a man to have straight hair like me.

yep straight hair and straight bangs are my dream, but alas I have curly/wavy hair. Do we always want what we don't have?

I have super-straight hair (and it's short) and on weekends, I will put curlers in my hair and it turns out all crazy. It's so fun.
(For me, it's easier to blowdry my hair most of the way and then put the curlers in, otherwise it will look too poddle-y if I put them in when its wet.)
I used to put curlers in my hair when I was in highschool, I should do it again, and blow drying it most of the way is such a good idea, mine always turns out a bit nuts because my hair is so thick. I'm trying it this weekend! Thanks janelle.
One of my past long-time roommates has curly hair and she used to complain endlessly about it not doing what she wanted and being too frizzy. Well, she still might complain about it, but we live in different states now so I wouldn't know.
I used to have super straight, black hair.. now it's naturally lightened a bit and has some wave to it.. occasionally I like to spend quality time with a curler, but it never looks quite right in the end :)
No mater what you have, wear it with style!!!!
