Dangerous Jewelry

Months ago a coworker of mine was telling us that she got her hair cut and her stylist had a little pocket knife hanging from a chain around her neck. I couldn’t really picture it, and hadn’t thought much of it again until I stumbled across one on Etsy. After a search I found many, many more. Could this be the next trend or am I already a few steps behind? I kind of love it but think perhaps it could cause some problems entertain certain places.
