Allow yourselves to introduce yourselves
Today was crazy crazy at work as we were getting out early and I was swamped, so I thought it would be the perfect day to make you guys do all the work here at For Me, For You. I've seen a lot of bloggers doing this lately, and while I hate being like those people who respond to every survey and "what type of fruit are you?" quiz on Facebook*, I had to try it too.
So, who are you guys? I know some of you, but I know there are secret lurkers who never comment and people just passing by, so just tell me who you are, your blog/website (if you have one), and it would be a bonus to know how you stumbled upon my blog as google analytics can only tell me so much! An maybe anything else you feel like sharing, if you feel so inclined.
So I'll go first. I'm Kate, I'm 25, a graphic designer, and this is my blog. This is my occasionally awesome cat Wendy and I in the above photo. Not pictured is my awesome boyfriend William Steinman. My dream job is to be a singer in a band at night, and by day just run this blog from my bed while eating ben & jerrys. I've lived in New York for almost 4 years, and before that I grew up in the Seattle area. I love New York so much it hurts, like in the form of wanting to punch people who make it suck sometimes. I'm really shy, really sarcastic, and terrified of heights.
Ok, your turn.
*I love you, Emily Beebe
On that note, have a WONDERFUL weekend, friends.

I'm Maria, an interactive graphic designer and Etsy seller. My Etsy names are Miss Crowland and Miss Crowland Leather. I have a budgie named Kiwi who has not been feeling well lately, but I hope will turn himself around. I have lived in Toronto for about 15 years, originally from near Niagara Falls (Canada).
My dream job is to be able to work as a motion graphics artist for film, and perhaps to have my own series that I plan to start working on very soon...basically, I just want to do my own thing, and have other people want to pay money for it!
Oh, you can also find me at misscrowland.blogspot.com
Hey Maria, I hope your budgie feels better!
Hi, I'm Clarice, I've recently gotten into this bloggin thing and I love it!
I am an identical twin, I am getting my masters degree in journalism while working as an administrative assistant, and love photography and typewriters.
I plan on moving to NYC after I graduate (in December)to work in the magazine industry. Perfect job would be a combination of a creative role mixing photography and writing...or a features editor..
I've lived in Boston for most of my life except for 4 years of college in Montreal (so charming). Yup, I've already said too much...

Thanks! and love your blog!

I have two cats and an amazing man, dlb. and I think next time you visit your Seattle homestead, you should divert to Portland.
p.s. now I'm hummimg Sympathy for the Devil in my head.
Im Janelle. I'm from Washington, lived in New York for two years, and moved to Portland. Now I miss New York and I just want to move back every single day. Im an accountant/artist and I have an amazing guy who is also an amazing musician. I also have an irrational fear of power tools and large machinery.
Hi Kate, I can't remember how I came across your blog, but I've been reading it for over a year now.
I'm originally from Germany but have been living in London for over two years now. I'm 28 and I work as an architect. This summer I'll be moving to New York, my husband just moved there for his job and I'll follow after finishing a little refurbishment project I'm working on right now... Eventually I'd love to go back to Germany, in a few years.
I really like your blog because it covers so many different (but always pretty) things.

Hi. I'm Kelly. I blog at Design Crush and live in Oklahoma City, OK (although I'm originally from Pittsburgh, PA). I'm a graphic designer by day and crafty-putzer by night. I have two sometimes awesome cats and a sometimes fear of dairy.
Cheers,
Kelly
I'm Jill, I'm 26, I live in Boston, and I edit English textbooks. I am happy today due to waking up rested, having a good morning workout, delicious coffee, taking a long lunch with coworkers at an adorable spot down the street, and it being a sunny FRIDAY.
I also blog about fun stuff when time allows: http://bostonbookbean.blogspot.com
I have fun reading your blog and I didn't want to be a creepy voyeur anymore, though isn't that what the Internet is all about? (or maybe that's just Facebook?)
Oh, and I found your blog through Cup of Jo I believe.
Hi Kate (and all)! I love this -- a friendly meet & greet on a lazy Friday afternoon. I'm Kari (blog: persistent cookie) -- an original Wisconsin girl who now lives in New York City, self-employed web project manager (exciting!), would-be writer, lifelong dreamer, watcher of TV, reader of novels, lover of polka dots, stripes, nectarines, autumn, caffeine, Catherine O'Hara, Eugene Levy, Oprah, 30 Rock, Battlestar Galactica, peppermint tea, french fries, and the mighty, mighty exclam. (!) When I grow up I want to be a sitcom writer. (!!)
I'm pretty sure I found your blog through unruly things, and am grateful for it. Wishing you well -- cheers everybody!
Does it count as introducing myself if I don't say my name? I'm still in stealth mode in the blog world, due to being from a different generation than many of you and working in the very very corporate world. In any case, I have been a head of product management for software companies for some time, but have always kept a soft spot in my heart for the creative side - both words and pictures. I read this blog to see what the universe is up to. Thank you young 'uns for inventing this new world.
Hi Kate,
I'm Sasha. I'm 28 and I work for a book publisher in NYC (but I'm still not completely sure what I want to be when I grow up). I also make jewelry as a side project (www.periwinkle-designs.com, but I'm planning an Etsy store in the near future) and I've got a blog - www.effyouitsmagic.wordpress.com - that I've been neglecting a bit lately. Oh, and I'm married to a web designer/fencing coach (no pets though).
I don't remember exactly how I discovered your blog, but it was probably via another blog.
Hey, I'm Mandy Jean. I'm a college student at the University of Montana and aspiring to be a styling editor for Lucky magazine. If not that, I want to run my own coffee shop and bakery :)
I came across your blog through a link in another blog (I want to say it was Pennyweight, but I don't really remember).
I love fashion, music, movies, and classic lit. That pretty much sums me up! LOL
What a fun idea :)
My blog is http://coffeeandhardwood.blogspot.com/
Hi, I'm Emily Beebe (of, too many FB quizzes, Emily Beebe) I'm 31 years old and co-owner/founder of Mabee Works, a small print shop and arts collaborative. I live in Brooklyn w/ my oh-so-wonderful fiance (who happens to be the other half of Mabee Works). I have been known to make tasty cookies, write a little here and there and I am currently up to my elbows in fabric for pillows to be sold at the craft fair Mabee will be showing at, in Park Slope, in May. (Come see us!)
Last, but not least, I heart Kate Miss, her art work and her blog.
I'm Faryle, pronounced like Will Ferrell's last name and I've been lurking here for a while now. I do a lot of lurking. I've lived in Kansas my entire life. I'm a design fanatic and love anything pretty. Not really sure how I discovered your blog. I follow an embarrassing amount of blogs so it's hard to remember where exactly I find people.
Hi! I'm Catharina, I'm 26 and I grew up in Washington, DC, but since my parents are Austrian, I decided to move to Vienna in 2002, when I was 19. For the past three years I've been splitting my time between Vienna and Salzburg in order to get my Master's in psychology, which should be done by this summer.
I have a pretty random blog because I love taking pretty random pictures of everyday life and don't really know what else to do with them. I admire all of you really crafty people and love being inspired by blogs such as yours. I love to bake and I really, really wish I had a dog (and a guinea pig).
I'm Katie, 23, and live in Seattle where I'm an accountant (not an auditor or in any way associated with taxes). I'm terrified of spiders and allergic to cats. I can't quite remember how I came across your blog, but it was a random coincidence that we went to the same high school, and I was in the class below yours.
I tumble: katieparker.tumblr.com
Hi, i'm caroline. i've been following your blog for a little over a year soon after discovering the world of blogs, and it's always been my favorite. i'm 25, i live in houston, and i dream of living in new york. i have a blog at http://caroliebee.blogspot.com/ i love to bake, make things, and take photographs. i also have a sometimes awesome cat named chewy (named for the times when he is definitely NOT awesome.)
i am caroline. 26. newspaper designer.
i have a wonderful boyfriend, joe, and we have two pugs, margo and luke.
i am greedy girl.
i am an oklahoma cityan by way of dallas, kansas city, austin and d.c. new york is my favorite place in the world.
i live my life pretending i am in a zombie movie.
i have read your blog for a long time but i have no clue how i found it!
My name's Anna, I'm 19 (but turning 20 on the 20th!), a student (art history major; taking summer classes at the Fashion Institute), and you can find my blog through my user page. Right now I'm living in Oregon, but my home is on the East Coast. My dream job is to run my own vintage/resale shop. Like you, my favorite place is NYC! I'm a gamer geek, I play the saxophone, and I guess the one word to describe me is "eclectic"! I can't recall how I found your blog; but I find most of them through links on other blogs!
I'm Dara, 26, and I share a blog with my friend and business partner Haley called Enchanted Royals. We've lived in Los Angeles for 5 years, by way of New Jersey and Boston (Dara) and Colorado and Boston (Haley). I'm a freelance wardrobe stylist and Haley is an editor at a company that cuts movie trailers for TV. Our business is Enchanted Royals; we make hand-painted slip on Vans as well as screen printed tee shirts and tote bags. I will be moving to San Francisco in September to get my master's in graphic design at the Academy of Art University. We are blessed with an array of talented and inspiring friends who take part in the music videos we create as ads for our wares, as well as one wonderful boyfriend apiece. I (Dara) came across Kate and her blog via unruly things about 4 months ago and it skyrocketed to the top of my favorite blogs.
I am Kelly, a 31 yr old in MN waiting for the first warm weekend of the year to start in 1 hour! My husband and I are adopting from China, we have adopted Betty the cat already, my 2nd love of my life. I like saffron, azure blue, station wagons, and R comedies. I am truly enjoying your blog as well. Have a nice weekend.
I'm Rebecca, a 22 year-old vintage seller / blogger. I've been reading your blog for a while now, but I can't really remember where I found it! :)
i'm jen - 22 yr old art/photography student, from seattle.
honestly i can't even remember how i found you. my google reader is out of control! and there is so much love and linkage between all of the design blogs i read that it's hard to keep track. a cup of jo or unruly things would be a good bet, though.
i have a blog + website
www.jennifermao.com
www.jennifer-mao.blogspot.com
and i guess a few random things because this comment seems boring:
* i pour juice in my cereal, never milk
* the right half of my body is slightly larger than my left
* i have a little tuxedo cat named xerox that some like her namesake when she purrs :)
My name is Lindsee. I am 24, live in Utah (ugh) for the time being, and look forward to returning to my beloved home of Arizona...hopefully sooner than later. I, like you, am also sarcastic. I find light hearted negativity (yes, there is such a thing) hilarious, although it's probably not healthy. I am married, pregnant with my first (beign sick sucks) and want a house more than anything.
I found your blog as a link to another's blog...I don't remember which it was. I like your glasses.
hi, i'm laura, 23, originally from new jersey, but now living in connecticut. i'm working as a collections cataloger at a museum, but recently got into grad school (still deciding which one, though...oops), and will be moving to NYC this summer(!!!)
i actually came across your blog when doing a search for moscot glasses, and am tired of being a longtime lurker...so hello!
L
I'm Rachel and I have my own little blog (http://heart-of-light.blogspot.com). I'm 25, I live in LA, I'm obsessed with public transit and I like making things and eating things. Not necessarily the same things. During the day I'm a scientist.
That was probly the best intro I've ever read! I've been wanting to do this for my blog, too, but I'm waiting for a moment in time where I'm positive I have more readers than the people who live in the same house as me, haha ;)
Anyway! My name is Kim, I'm 24 and live in North-North California. I hope you don't hate me for not remembering how the heck I got to your blog, but it might've been the result of getting trapped in a Google Reader vortex. I have a husband, Chris, and black cat, Felix, who is named after Lt. Gaeta from Battlestar Galactica. My favorite color is tan, or cream, or something nice and neutral and I really like taking naps in the sun (not to be confused with sunbathing, though I will reap the benefits regardless!).
Also, I have a blog! The Awesome Summer Journal
Hi, I'm Rachel. I've never commented here before, but enjoy this blog as much as Ben and Jerry's.
I have a blog called The Life of a Lovechild over at http://unexpectedsunlight.blogspot.com
I'm a second semester senior in college and in September I'll be moving to the bay area in California.
Whhheeee.
Hi,
I'm Echo. I stumbled upon your blog most likely because it was a sidebar link on another one and loved the aesthetics of everything you post. I have two blogs one for random things i like and one as a scrapbook of interiors i will someday try to emulate in a house. absolutelyswell.blogspot.com and hereforsafekeeping.blogspot.com
Hi, I'm Liz.
I have a blog, you can find it here: moraleagency.blogspot.com
It was originally supposed to be both mine and my boyfriend's, however he's only posted like three times in the past year. So it's pretty much just mine.
I'm not sure how I found out about your blog, most likely through on of other ones I read. I like yours though a lot!!
Anyways, I'm a student at Rutgers University, in New Brunswick, New Jersey. I'm 20 years old ( a junior in college). I'm a double major in history and philosophy.
Hm, Now that I'm writing this, I'm not sure what else to say other than, nice to meet you!!
Hello, I'm one of those lurking readers. :) I'm 23, aspiring interior architectural designer caught in the recession holding stall. Schooled in Chicago, living in the Seattle area (still learning to love it) with my tech-geek fiance. I keep a self-indulgent little blog as an open letter to my midwest family. Found your blog via Cup of Jo and really love the design and cool object bits. Thanks for keeping me in the know.
I'm Melanie but lots of times people call me Melissa and I kind of hate it. I'm currently unemployed so I spend my days taking Polaroids and handing out tags that say "I heart your bike" on some of the best bikes I come across. I wish unicorns really existed. I like to dance. Not like "Oh, I've taken lessons and I'm really good at it" type of dancing, more like - "I like to get up and dance to TV theme songs and dance in the grocery store to embarrass my husband."
I have a crush on your blog.
Hiya. I'm Sarah.
I'm a lurker too, never posted before. I'm 23, an unemployed graphic designer. I live near Sacramento CA, hoping to one day move to San Francisco. I think I found your blog through a link from some other design blog.
My website is totallysevere.com.
I like to make sarcastic embroideries, and this one time I saw a llama get drunk. That's about it.
Hi Kate! This is fun, and you caught me, I am a lurker (but in a innocent, cool way, not a creepy way)!
I'm Melissa, I'm a health policy analyst and attorney in Boston. I have two cats who I love as if they were human children, a sweet fiance, and a pop-tart habit that I'm trying to break.
I can't remember how I came upon your blog, but it could have been via Cup of Jo.
My blog is: www.aweddingbelle.blogspot.com
Have a super fabulous weekend!
Hey there, I'm Deb. I'm a pretty sporadic comment-leaver, but your blog is a daily read on my Google Reader. Not sure how exactly I found your blog - maybe via Cup of Jo?
I'm 22, recently graduated from NYU, living in Harlem with my boyfriend and two other friends. We're all involved in film/animation/music, so it's a fun apartment. I work as an assistant to a film director, but I'm also a musician/singer (www.myspace.com/deborahoh) on the side. You have a wonderful voice, by the way :)
Random facts:
1. I grew up in Wasilla, Alaska till the age of 11. I lived next door to Sarah Palin.
2. Incidentally, I studied Political Science, and am very very liberal.
3. I could eat olive tapenade on a baguette all day, every day.
Oh, and you can find me over at daily-decadence.blogspot.com
Hi Kate, I'm Mary Lou, another blurker. A graphic designer, I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada) and check in to your blog to see what's going on in NYC. I was sent your way by my friend at 29blackstreet.blogspot.com. I can't remember when she sent me here but it was around the time you posted the video about David after the Dentist. I'm still laughing over that kid. I love your type projects.
Hi I'm Jenny. I have lived in Portland OR for almost 6 years now and originally from the Bay Area. I am trying to convince all of my friends to move to Portland because its an amazing little city. I work as an interior architect full time and in my free time (which i wish i had more of) i take photographs, bake, sew, take walks in my neighborhood and work on my new blog.
http://graciousleigh.blogspot.com/
I can't remember how i found you but For Me, For You is one of the first blogs i added to my google reader collection and it never gets old.
I'm Catherine, a 31 year old momma and jewelry designer trapped in Michigan (unless my hub's job changes). I've got two active, insanely loveable boys (one's 4 and the other's 2).
I'm obsessed with large bodies of water and find nothing as relaxing as digging my toes into hot sand and listening to water (or watching a huge tank of jellyfish!). I hoard vintage cluster earrings and people watch for fun.
I think I found you through Etsy (but it's been so long since I started following your blog that I've since forgotten). Anyway, I've got a shop on there http://CatherineMarissa.etsy.com where I sell my goodies.
I'm Alena, 20 years old (20 years young?), from San Jose, CA. I moved to Hawaii two years ago for school. I'm meandering down the fine arts route in photography. And I picked up English as a second major somewhere along the side of the road.
I like camping out in the library. I want a phonograph with a big flower bell more than anything else in the world. And I'm going surfing this afternoon.
Can't remember how long I've been here or how I got here. To your blog, that is.
www.goodbyefunnygirl.blogspot.com
It's just thought-vomit.
I religiously read your blog but have unfortunately been a secret lurker all along. Sorry!
But about me...I'm a 22 year old professional student (or so it feels). I graduated last spring with my BFA in graphic design. I moved to Boston days after graduation and am now working towards my masters in interior design. Besides this i work at The Container Store, which is cool...'ish. My goal is to design for retail and hospitality spaces (particularly small cafes/restaurants) doing both the interior and graphics. And if i was super awesome i would be doing the window displays at Anthropolgie. Besides that i enjoy holga photography, chocolate chip muffins, and days i can sleep in and not feel guilty about it. And i wish i could have a kitty like wendy! my kitty lives at home with my parents and i miss him :(
Hello Kate.
I'm Krista and I'm 21.
I'm currently in the process of filling out applications to my chosen colleges and ideally, I want to major in Journalism with a minor in History.
Lucille Ball is my idol and I am a collector of all things Lucy.
My blog i Sunny Side Up! where I post things that make me smile; my favorite classic movie scenes, imagery, etc.
I love Broadway, classic film, 1940s-50s style, good books, and many other things.
Your blog is lovely and its one of my favorites. :)

Hi Kate!
I'm Lauren from SF. I'm 25 as well and an MFA student in Creative Writing. I'm shy too, but very opinionated. It's a difficult combo. to manage. I recently had a great job, but I got laid off :( Since then I've been investing lots of time in looking at blogs that make me feel happy. Yours is one of them, so thanks!
Hi Kate,
I'm Alice and I'm 27 and I work in educational research. I studied Art History in college and moved to New York almost 5 (!) years ago to work in museum education. I don't have a blog, or even a very interesting flickr page,

Hi! I'm Emily and I am a graphic designer. I currently work at a small children's book publisher in Minneapolis. I can't remember how I found your blog (sorry!) but I really enjoy it. I would love to live in NYC someday, as so many of my friends from MN have moved out there. My dream job would be working for myself, running my own studio.
My blog: www.designgossip.blogspot.com
Hi. I'm Sarah. I'm 18, about to finish high school, and I work in a library shelving books, cleaning up patron's messes, and generally being at the bottom of the totem pole. I like it, though. I live in Bloomington, Indiana, and I never want to move, except maybe to some cold European city. One day I'm going to be a archival librarian and own a nice Craftsman bungalow with my boyfriend.
This is my blog: www.chocolatepencils.blogspot.com
Hi Kate! I'm Kelsey, a med student at Tulane down in New Orleans. I'm originally from Northern CA (up in the redwoods) but spent three years in Maryland before moving down here for med school. New Orleans is such a strange and wonderful city to live in. Don't you love exploring new places? I share my house with two amazing kittens that keep me constantly entertained and distract me from my studies. I also have a boyfriend that lives up your way, in New York.
I stumbled across your blog last summer (probably via a cup of jo) while looking for interior design inspiration, which led me to so many beautiful blogs! Yours is always full of fun, pretty things, and I love stopping by each day. Thanks for sharing!
I'm Samantha, I'm 19 and I've been reading your blog for about a year now. I'm currently a student at University of Iowa, but I'm transferring to School of Art Institute of Chicago in the fall to pursue a degree in photography. I stumbled across your blog when I was trying to find a pair of shoes :-) I have a flickr:

Hi Kate! My name is Cindy, I'm the owner of Hellcat Vintage and was recently featured in your blog. I live in Johnson City, TN with my boyfriend. He plays guitar and I play dress up.
What the hey- I'm Maris, I'm 23, and I rep San Francisco/East Bay. I do marketing and design for an architect, have kidnapped my ex's cat, and get off on blogging at work and finding salvage/secondhand things on the cheap. Found you a few months back via several other blogs, and love your aesthetic. Keep rockin' it.

Hey Kate, I'm Megan, 33. Another sporadic commenter but daily reader. I'm from Portland but now live in Seattle, married for almost a year to a St. Lucian man who I met in Brooklyn while I was on vacation. We are going to NY for our anniversary in May! I have never been to St. Lucia.
We have two cats named Biggie and Moxie. Biggie started humping me after my husband came to live with us. We got Moxie to create a diversion. Moxie sleeps on my back while I sleep. If I shift she moves to my hip.
I spend most of my day thinking of baby names though I'm scared to get pregnant. I just got promoted to marketing manager at my real job though I have no mktg experience. I'm an English major (PSU). I'm decorating my house, trying to lose lbs. and planning wedding for other brides. That sounds like it, :)
I'm Elizabeth, I'm a stay at home mom and a wanna be writer and hmmm, what else? I am terrified of fish. And I can't remember how I found your blog and I am a very bad commenter. Obviously.
I'm Jes, 27, live in Phoenix. Was an art history major in college and I'm not suffering through the horror of medical school (I'm in year 3). I have no effing clue where I found your fantastic blog, but I'm o.so.happy that I did. Brings a lot of color to my library study session blog interruptions. I'm a new bridal blogger *gasp* and my site is http//:amountainbride.blogspot.com.
I'm Grace, 20, and am currently a junior in Boston. I occasionally throw pictures of my recent purchases up at http://coldinboston.blogspot.com/. Forget how I found your blog - probably searching for JCrew reviews or somesuch.
My name is Yasmine. I design and draw things for a living and for fun. I live in the Bay Area and Phoenix. I was born and raised in the Philippines, Malaysia, Nigeria, Netherlands and eventually the USA. I run online mag parasolmag.com and blog aprintaday.blogspot.com. I love all cats and a cute sculptor boy whom I'm married to. I collect a lot of things.
I also think your blog is sweet :)

Hi Kate, my name is Pratima and I'm a secret lurker! I am 21 and just about to graduate from university in Toronto. I think I found your blog in a bleary afternoon of clicking on links on a random livejournal friends page. I've been reading for a little over a year, and I love your blog and your style and the amazing picture you paint of New York :)
Hi. My name is Tara, I'm 33, and a freelance opera director living in Houston. My blog (poorly kept up as of late) is "From the Mind of the Airstream Diva" ... www.airstreamdiva.blogspot.com.
I think I found your blog thru Cup of Jo... I lived in NYC for several years in my 20s and it is fun to see it through your eyes. I feel incredibly lucky to be making a living in the arts, but am always looking for new ways to create beauty in the world. Corny, yes? heheheh
Hey, I'm Cassie. Jewelry maker and freelance book jacket copywriter and once-a-week waitress. I lived in NYC (bklyn hghts) for years but now I'm a country mouse again, in Mass.
I think I found you when there was a feature on the blog on Etsy, in the Storque?
I blog at Clementine

my dream job would be to spend most days outside, working in the dirt, building trails thru the woods, and generally enjoying the landscape, and then coming inside on rainy/snowy days to read blogs and books and sit by a nice crackling fire.
Hello, I'm Daphne. A struggling Science major student from Singapore. 23 years old. I have the most wonderful Golden Retriever. I like looking at pretty things. I wish I had an interest in photography but I dont, so I just like to look at photos other people take! Btw stories of your sometimes-grumpy cat and lovely fashion things, your blog is great!
hi, i'm katie. 27. living in the cornfields of illinois (for the time being) to get my mfa in painting. originally from long island, then spent 9 years in nyc. here's my "website"/"blog":
http://www.thekatiecakery.com/
i had to have come across your blog through another blog, but who can remember.
Hi, I'm Hitomi. I've randomly found your blog about a month ago and I completely became a big fan of this!
I was born and raised in Japan and now I go to an university in Japan and major English (one of popular majors in jp). so my English might be a little bit weird...haha
Actually I've stayed in the states for 6 months and traveled chicago, nyc, nashville, and san francisco.
so remember, you have a big fan in Japan! ;)
Hi Kate. My name is Kathryn. I'm 24, live in NJ, and recently got engaged. My blog is www.thesassykathy.com. I work as an assistant at a votech high school, and also do freelance writing developing standardized tests for english language learners. i also contribute to some other online blogs/publications, including mankind mag. i'm still trying to figure out my life plan. I want to move into a beautiful (unattainable) apartment in NYC or Hoboken, become a famous-ish writer, and take a lot of ballet classes at Alvin Ailey.
Love your blog :)
Hi Kate. You already sort of know me, maybe, but here goes:
I'm Helen, 25 {eeps, almost 26}, finishing up graduate school in Virginia. I post snippets of my daydreams and corners of my tiny home over at The Museum Cupboard. I can't quite remember how I found you, but I'm thinking it was through P. from What Possessed Me, or Rachel from Heart of Light. I first commented {I think} on your post on using clipboards to display art. You had me at the clipboards!
hi,
I'm Ana, 21, from Houston tx.
I have been reading your blog for quite some time now.
You have introduced me to a lot of neat art work. and I gotta say Your boyfriends work is truly amazing.I love your handwriting by the way, lettering has never been my strong point.I'm currently preparing a portfolio for art school so I am constantly looking for things to jump start my mind. I have two cats named Vee and Jay.
Love your weekend photo post.
This is hands down my favorite blog. thanks so much for sharing
Ana
My name is Amelie and I'm from Sweden. I found your blog just browsing the web a few weeks ago, and I liked it so much I read it from start to finish. This is my first comment, but now I might start to comment more often ^^

hi kate. i'm rachel. i honestly don't remember how i found your blog, but i love reading.
i'm 27, and work in interactive marketing. i love reading blogs, and playing on the internet. you can find me here: www.rachelarnold.wordpress.com. unfortunately, i don't blog nearly as much as i want to. i'm trying to be better.
i'm married, and have two pets. no kids. lennon and stella pretty much act like kids though, but they make me incredibly happy.
i love in nashville, have lived here all my life, but dream about living in a larger city, or a different country.
oh yes. i'm also half-australian.
thanks for your blog. it makes me happy:)
Oh Holy Cow!
Be prepared to laugh.....
I'm Ellen, 51, yes old enough to be everyone's mom, I know, but I love the "well-turned phrase", I love the photography,(I am a shooter by profession, 15 years)I only wish blogging had been around when I was younger. I feel really slow, but I admire everyone's efforts. Such creativity!
Got here thru Cup of Joe.

I am a Blogger.
I am a Nanny.
One day I dream of living a quiet life out of the City. We'll win lotto. Take our winnings and buy ourselves a little house. With a yard. We won't work. We'll enjoy each others company every day. We'll live a blissful life.
I am a Dreamer.

Hi! My name's Megan, I'm 22 (soon to be the big 2-3!), and I'm a grad student. I'm one of those secret lurkers who's been reading your blog for a little over a year now (it's one of my favorites!), and I think I found it originally through Jenny's old blog. I went to NYU for undergrad (go art history!) and miss NY terribly, since I'm now in DC studying museum education. My dream job would be to work at the Met one day in the Museum's access programs, though I would LOVE LOVE LOVE being on Sesame Street, and/or living in Germany so I could speak German on a regular basis.
Hi Kate!
We've sort of met.. but here goes.. I'm Andrea, 25 (Ish - my family doesn't believe in records or paper apparently.. and they all have bad memories.... so every birthday card has "ish" written by the age - My passport says I'm 25, but other id says other things.. crazy Commies) I live and work in Edmonton AB Canada. I found your blog via Etsy I think - it became one of the first blogs that I ever persistently visited. I work as a stylist and writer for one of our local independent weekly newspapers, and I just finished my undergrad degree in Philosophy. I live with my boyfriend Jared who is a jazz drummer, and we're trying to decide between Boston Mass, Montreal and Toronto for grad school next year.
As always.. loving your blog. xo
Andrea
Hi! I'm Lynn from Omaha, Neb. My deal is that I'm into photography (but don't know what I'm doing), I started a blog this winter (but didn't know what I was doing) and I'm always looking for ways to inspire myself and keep myself from getting lost. Though I'm generally found at my blog Olio, here:
http://wanderlynn.wordpress.com
PS, I love your Bits of Weekend!
i'm jana, 26 i'm german, but i live in barcelona, and i study architecture. i don't have time for a blog (university eats it all up), but i do have a flickr page (http://www.flickr.com/photos/gabbjana/). i don't remember how i found your blog, but i like it very much, the perfect mix of things, and i love your glasses :)
My name is Kate too. I have glasses which are similar to yours (and we both bought them at the same time which was weird), my hair looks kind of like yours and I like cats like you do. But I don't live in New York, I live in rural New Zealand where I am a gin-drinking out-of-work veterinarian, with a penchant for design and craft and laundry and gardening. I think I found your blog through Cup Of Jo, but I'm not sure now - it seems so long ago.
Phew, that was fun!
Lil.
Hi. I'm Ashley and live in NC. I found your blog googling 'dwell studio target' and voila! I've been a reader ever since and find it very inspiring at times. I stay at home with my 15 month daughter and your blog is one of the ten I read daily so thanks.
Hi! I just found your blog because a friend passed along a link to your Fjallraven backpack post, and I added it to my google reader. I live in Portland, OR, I run a vintage shop on etsy as my job and I just got back from a really rad yurt camping trip along the Oregon coast. So mellow and good. Glad to have found your blog!
Hi! I'm Shannon and I am a stay at home mom to my almost 2 year old daughter, wife to my hubby, and a blogger who is living the island life in Victoria, BC (Canada).
you can find my blog here:
www.luvinthemommyhood.com
and follow me as I attempt to knit, craft, sew, cook, parent and just plain survive (and love) life in the mommyhood.
I can't remember how I found your wonderful blog, but I love reading it. Thanks for all the inspiration!
Hoping you have a relaxing and indulgent long weekend :)
Hi there,
My name is Ali and I live in a suburb of Kansas City. I am 28 and have a pretty boring career in government. I do try to spice things up a bit with photo shoots with my friends and travel whenever I can.
Greetings from San Francisco. My name is Susie, also known as Lonely Pirate on flickr (which I think is how I found your blog.) I'm 24, I love all things design related, I live with my boyfriend and crazy cat, and enjoy cooking and eating a good meal, weekend hikes and daydreams.
hey there,
i am amanda, well honestly mandy, but i don't like that name and amanda is the origin of my name. well, i am 33 years old, live in berlin(germany)where i was born and still study ancient history and art history and comes finally to an end. i think i kinda stumble over your blog while visiting another. sorry, i can't remember whos. but i liked your work here and your pictures and bookmarked it immediatly(is it right spelled-not sure now...) i have a blog myself and you can find me here:http://amandajamesinspiration.blogspot.com/
i am also on flickr. i bought myself a camera for my birthday and i started to get obssessed. mostly because of the makro function ;-) and i LOVE reading. you can say i am a book eater. i wish i had more selfconfidence in what i am doing and who i am, but this blog thing seems to start-now ;-) happy easter!!!
btw:i wasn't online the last couple of days, so i could read your post just now.
Hi there. My name is Laurel and I'm 20. I'm an assistant to an interior designer in the city and a full time student at the King's College, a rigorous school in midtown. Whenever I get stressed out from school, I usually turn to your blog for solace and a quick break. Thanks for having creating such a lovely blog.
Hi Kate,
I'm 31 and living in Montreal Canada. I'm an art director for a magazine and to keep inspired I also blog. You can find me here: http://reannatime.blogspot.com. I just started and I can't get enough. I love it.
But I also love lemon cupcakes, my camera, good sushi from Vancouver (hometown), dancing in my living room to the new Phoenix album. If I were a fruit I would be a mango.
I like your glasses and when you post random photos of your weekend. I'm pretty sure I found your fantastic blog on another site as a referral. You're doing a wonderful job and think you'd make a great front woman for any band.
Hi! I'm Jessica and I'm 27. I live in Brooklyn and my blog is Make and Bake (http://makeandbakeblog.blogspot.com). I do lots of baking and sewing, but during the day I work for the city. I've been reading your blog for a while, but I don't remember where I found it. I love the photographs and etsy recommendations on your blog.
My name's Zoe. I'm from Essex, UK, but now I'm living in Barcelona, Spain. I found your blog by checking out the blogs list on some other blog, and I was drawn to it because, not only is it beautiful to look at and you choose such appealing images, but I love the way you feature so many different forms of art and design. My passion is style and sewing, so it is nice to have my eyes opened to what's going on in different disciplines, as I sometimes get sewing-tunnel vision.
I nominated you for a blog award as month or so ago, which you sweetly thanked me for. My blog is:
http://sozowhatdoyouknow.blogspot.com/
Keep up the blogging, you inspire so many.
Hello there.
My name is Lacey, and I am probably your youngest lurker! ;D
I am just a young one... 16 years old and a sophomore in highschool.
I feel a little out of place... and I am late to respond to this blog, but I look at yours about everyday! I came across your site from superfantasticpicturetime.com... I think... which I read about in teenvouge. hahha..
Well, like I said, I'm still in highschool, trying to figure out my path in life. I live in a very small town in the deserts of California. I like to sew and paint, and all that crafty-type stuff. Your blog is really inspiring to me.
Thanks so much! :)
xo Lacey

Hiya Kate! Greetings from the north! ...Toronto, Canada to be exact.
I can't remember if I've commented on your blog yet or not, but I know I probably haven't introduced myself.
My name's Catherine and I blog at http://typewriter.blogsome.com.
(I also make stuff and write about it over on http://kiwipunchdesigns.blogsome.com.
Cheers on the great blog!
Well hello indeed! I'm Martina and I'm a 21 year old student in SoCal. I blog about politics, art, fashion, literature, and other things that fascinate me. I'm graduating in 40 days with a bachelor's degree in English and Gender Studies and will be moving to Oregon to live with my boyfriend. I can't wait! And finally, if I were to be a fruit, I would be a delicious red apple; if I were to watch just one movie for the rest of my life, it would be Harold and Maude; and if I were to get my biggest wish, it would be to snuggle a bear.
I totally appreciate your blog and your style and the beautiful bits you post of your life!
I came here through Joanna, I think, but it's been ages.
I'm just an animated GIF lovin' baby animal fanatic with a lisp and a slight limp. What? No. But I do love pigeons, SO BACK OFF.
I was born and raised in New York, live in Brooklyn, and get paid to make other people look good. I harbor a deep distrust of raisins, things filled with jelly, and people who use "individual" as a noun instead of an adjective.
xoxo, P.
Hey, I'm G, I think I found your blog through the now gone Lovely Paper. So sad to see Dawbis say good-bye to the blog and hope she comes back soon. I've been sneaking onto your blog for a month or 2 now and love it!! I enjoy visiting pretty blogs and yours is one of many I visit daily.
I spend my days studying for a master's degree in engineering at Columbia and squeeze in crafty time whenever possible. I want to put my mark on the cities of the future & have fun tinkering with paper at night.
I post my projects and ramblings on my blog:
http://paper-art-heals.blogspot.com
I've only been doing the blogging thing for a year and love it. I'm constantly amazed at how many creative women (and men) are out there, and humbled by the community that can grow from it.
Hi Kate,
My name is Tiffany and if I had my life to do over I'd have studied product design and spent my days designing beautiful useful things for everyday life. I might do it still. :)
My mantra is to Get Out, Explore, Be Inspired, and to do something with all of that inspiration... Create!
I chronicle my journey in my *still a baby* blog Roam All Day (www.roamallday.com).
And, as I'm very lucky to be able to split my time between Sweden and San Francisco, I've started from Sthlm (www.fromsthlm.com), a new online shop to bring the freshest independent Swedish design to the US in limited editions. Just launched April 1!
We love hearing about you in your blog. Thanks for inquiring about us, your loyal readers :)
hello from ann arbor, michigan...
my name is lisa, age 31. i own pot & box container gardening services which keeps me busy helping people with less-than-a-lot of space grow flowers and edibles, as well as floral design for local events. my dream is to open a branch (no pun intended) of p&b in nyc, b/c i love new york but am a michigander at heart. the ol' 'best of both worlds' is what i'm going for...
i live with my computer geek/culinary wizard bf brad and sweetly insane (or is that insanely sweet?) dog, ko.
basically, i love making messes and i love cleaning & organizing--and that's really my life in a sentence.
your blog is one of my faves...i believe that folding creativity into all that we do is important (and makes life enjoyable) and i appreciate your contribution to that school of thought. kudos!
Hi, Kate! My name is Thao and I'm 23. I have a wedding planning blog. I currently work in book design, but I am planning on going back to school for my MFA in fiction in the fall. I love cooking, kittens (yours is adorable), the color yellow, and cinnamon-laced coffee. I forget the date all the time and still feel like I'm sixteen--in mostly a good way. I like to pretend a lot. Your blog is a daily inspiration, though I can't remember where I found it. I especially enjoy your "Bits of My Weekend" feature.
Hello, I'm a bit late...but I'm Billie, a musician in Chicago who is originally from Montana. I live with my boyfriend and our little dog. I play in a band called the Paver and teach and freelance and have recently started making films. I also write music over the internet with an old friend at leningraddutch.tumblr.com. I'm trying to decide what I really want to do with my life. I also want to move back west, to Seattle hopefully. I miss the mountains a lot.
I don't remember how I found your blog, but I read it in my LJ reader.
Hi Kate! Sorry that I'm late to the game... I decided to go 'unplugged' for the weekend, and look what fun I've missed!
I'm Meghan, 24, a production artist from Durham, NC. I love photography, the color yellow, and being crafty - with my hands and my mind. Your blog was recommended to me by Google Reader, and quickly became one of my favorites.
I'm Vanessa. I just turned 29 and work as a copywriter. I live in Sweden but am currently back in the Philadelphia taking a break from my job. I started my blog in December to document my leave of absence and it's been so much fun.
I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with myself, trying to decide where and what I want to be. Ah, the adventure!
I'm Callie, I'm 25 and getting my Masters in graphic design in NY. I've been living here for 4 years, but I'm originally from AZ. I started reading your blog in the past couple weeksāI think I found it through A Cup of Jo.
You can check out my blog at: www.apartment-eleven.blogspot.com
I'm Lara,
I'm 24, a grad student and a nanny.
I live in Washington Heights (for the next 2 wks till I move further downtown - finally)
I have a Boston Terrier, Marcel, whom I utterly adore (pictured in my pic)
I can't remember where I found your blog, I've been reading it so long - it's the only one I really follow.
I'm constantly sharing things from it and my friends/family are semi-obsessed as well.
I've lived in NYC since 2004 with the exception of a year where I moved out to CT during the time I was married for two years - I'm so glad to be back.
I absolutely need to get outside because it's a beautiful day - hope you enjoy it :)
Lara
I'm Erica. I'm a student with librarian ambitions. I'm moving to the city of Toronto this summer from a town of 40,000 people. I'm hoping to love it as much as you love NYC. I'm afraid of something happening to my family and friends, I'm fiercely protective of them. I am addicted to illegally watching my favorite TV shows online because I don't have time to watch them when they're on TV. I also only own foreign films, I'm not sure why this is.
I have been reading your blog for ages, commenting occasionally, but always checking every post. I love your "bits of my weekend photos." Swoon. I think I may have stumbled upon your site from Wikstenmade.
Hi Kate!
I'm slow to comment, but it still counts.
My name is Kelly, I am 23 years old (soon to be golden 24) and I live in San Francisco with my boyfriend Greg and cat Marcel. I'm currently a server at an organic Mexican restaurant but I have dreams of running my own design store/collective one day with my boyfriend. He's a graphic designer and an incredible artist, truly my inspiration for doing something creative every day. While we both love San Francisco for all it has to offer (seriously, so many amazing book stores, restaurants, sights, museums, concerts/music), we hope to move on one day and settle in to a different life somewhere else (not sure where quite yet).
I have a penchant for security envelope collecting and plant tending. I love arranging and rearranging our little apartment's art and knick-knacks (practically daily). I don't have a blog quite yet (still organizing for it). I can't recall where I found your blog, perhaps through A Cup of Jo? Hmmm, not sure.
On a final note, I must say that I am very much inspired and excited whenever you post. Your aesthetic and likes are very similar to my own and I always enjoy your Wendy posts!
Have a beautiful week!
Kelly
How fun! Sarah, 27, living in Charlotte, NC. Originally from Arizona, I've been here for 2 years and married to my hubby for 2 years as well. I'm a freelance writer which keeps me somewhat busy and I also do administrative work which pays the bills. I guess you could say I'm still trying to figure out what to do when I grow up! I love blogging, traveling {it definitely helps being married to a pilot} and home decor. I spend tons of time scheming how to decorate our new (to us) condo!

hi, i'm melanie. just turned 30, living in the east village, and a big fan of ramen. i'm originally from san francisco and have been here for almost 5 years. time flies here, but i prefer it to the slow crawl of SF.
i'm a web designer and an avid blog reader. i love (in no particular order): fashion, photography, cats, eating, cheesy movies & asian drama series. i found you through random inspiration. thanks for sharing!
What a great idea!
I'm Caroline. I spend my days in Honolulu hiking, biking, exploring, thrifting, swimming, beaching and generally being a bit of a bum. I love making wishes and hate being told to sit for big news. I blog here (www.moncursays.blogspot.com), and I sell vintage finds here (goodwiu.etsy.com).
I found your most brilliant blog via freckle farm (I believe). I've been hooked since.
I'm jamie. 24. insurance service representative by day - social activist and budding academic by night. I went through lots of school, but after a tumultuous year in an international development post graduate degree, I needed a mental break from all the hypocrisy that was what I thought I loved, and felt like I hated. I live in Toronto Ontario, Canada. I've been a bit transient for years because of school, work, family, etc. I am a tough person to be friends with (I lack the ability to keep in touch), so my close friends are the most patient and wonderful people ever. My boyfriend greig is a (soon to be) singer/songwriter/producer, who is graduating in about 5 days from college with a degree in contemporary jazz. He's a smart hippy musician.
I'm a neo hippy - if it can be so - vegan, feminist, activist, and lover of all things creative. Freddie mercury is my dream man, and if macdonalds created a vegan big mac, I would be first in line. I'm a failed extrovert, and I wish I had more money, if only to be able to have long phone conversations with the people I love. That, and to be able to afford to simply study/research/write for a living.

i am joanna. i am 30 and your fellow blogger! also, you have such an amazing voice, it would be so cool if you were a singer by night! i'm scared of taking the subway and worry a lot. i'm obsessed with chipotle and love chocolate chip cookies. xoxo

Hello,
My name is Felicia and I travel the world as a photographer, writer and teacher. I really like your blog, the layout, there's something calm and exciting about it. It's not cluttered, which is much appreciated.
In Paris for the moment but am on my way to work and live again in Seoul, an incredible city, after that Sweden, etc.
Don't know where I discovered your blog but am glad that I did.

my name is juli, i'm 26, and i worked in advertising. i currently live in san diego (originally from orange county) and dream of moving either to new york, portland, or san francisco. one my favorite random activities is to go go target and roam down each and every aisle in hopes of discovering something new or ridiculous.
What a fabulous blog! I stumbled upon this from a link on Cup of Jo's blog (another fabulous one). I hope to be moving to the city soon from Connecticut and love anything you have to say about it!
My slow-moving, work-in-progress blog is www.afacetofmygrowingage.blogspot.com. Take a look!

just wanted to say hi
I'm Liz (duh) and I stumbled across your site from a link on Cup of Jo. I'm a copywriter in advertising, living in manhattan. And I don't have a blog, but I always think about what I would write if I did - I just need a name for it!
Heya, I started following a feed of yours on LiveJournal, I can't even remember how. Then I switched over to a regular RSS feed.
I have a blog of my own called Don't Threaten Me With A Good Time where I talk about all the "good times" that I have in New York, or wherever I may go. I think it's pretty fun!
More about me, umm I'm currently a Freelance Ccareer Manager for myself (aka unemployed ;) but generally work within the music industry and it's fun stuff. And I LOVE karaoke and photobooths!
- Alix!
Hi Kate. I'm Melinda, a Dutch-Australian girl living in London. I'm not sure how I came across your blog, but I've been following it for months now. I really enjoy your posts, but I must confess I'm a lurker, I rarely post any comments.
I'm technically still a student, although I'm a bit distracted by city life. I've got a blog MissGeeky.com and have recently been getting invited to movie screenings and gadget launches (yay!). Besides that I'm involved in organizing events here (GeekDinners and GirlGeekCoffees), and have slowly been getting asked to help organize more stuff. Not sure yet what I want to do when I've finished my studies (computer science), but I'd love to do something that combines my blogging, event organizing and programming skills.
MissGeeky.com is about anything I find geeky enough. I'm completely addicted to stories: be it in movies, books, video games or TV shows. So I write about that and the cool stuff I come across on teh internetz.
Holy cow! This is my first visit to your blog via In(side) the Loop via PVE Design. What did I walk in to? Pshaw, we just met and I already have to give up the goods??? I thought I would be hitting the bath early tonight and all propped up in bed ready for Real Housewives of NYC, maybe a little warm up with some DVR'd Little People Big World...but now I'll be glued to this computer for an hour reading all these posts! For the love of God...foiled again
aw, i am WAY late to this comment section, but i thought i would say hello anyway. i saw your post as i was heading out the door for the weekend and thought it was such a great idea.
my name is laura, i'm 27, and i live in minneapolis. i think i found you through joanna's blog. i currently work a horrible day job that makes me want to cry (and actually makes me sick, i think, i'm home again today with a fever), but i am also a printmaker and just recently bought a letterpress. so i am working on starting a letterpress business and i'm pretty excited about that. i always look forward to your 'bits of my weekend' photos, and i have to say, they inspire me to take my own weekend full of photos (although my weekends are not ever as exciting as yours, by the looks of it).
'ello! I'm going to be a dentist. But I love design and pretty things, both in abundance on your blog. One blog led to another, and now here we are.
I blog about my gnome that was stolen. He (gnomeo) sends me postcards. http://ognomeo.blogspot.com/
Hi Kate!
I'm also quite late on the comment train for this post, but here goes! I'm Alison, 25 year old Brooklynite and Etsy blogger by day. I've given up on my old personal blog and hope to start a new one soon! I regularly lurk and rarely comment, but I totally should! I love your taste, tone and point of view. You're so damn relatable! Thanks for the great reading.
Alison
Dear Kate: I can not for the life of me remember what blog got me to yours, but I've been reading it for a few months and I love it.
Me? I'm a twenty-nine year old grad student from New York, doing time in Chicago. I think you have a great eye!
hi, KATE! I am Jessica, a 24 year old Houston-girl who just right now found your blog by way of Courtney @ insidetheloop--- so anyway, I work in retail but am more interested in doing design/marketing so I started freelancing in the beginning of 2009. i also love ben + jerry's: creme brulee, brownie batter and cherry garcia are my favorites. i sing in the car to the velvet underground and rufus wainwright and most recently taylor swift. i am crazy and shy also. nice to meet you! my site is new, hellodefine.com
I REALLY ENJOY YOUR BLOG. xJessica

i'm living in a 2 bedroom cottage in Maine, fixing it up on my own. i have a basset hound, Henry. i found you through Joanna, learned that you love Fleet Foxes, Here We Go Magic, photography and good food as much as i do and have followed you ever since! you're one of my favorite blogs, gotta say. lovely.

Hello! I'm Joanna. I'm on the verge of being a graphic designer in Austin,TX! About two years ago I thought blogs were boring, and then I found yours and have been addicted ever since. At the time, I was lurking on the web googling fellow fabulous Austinite Alyson Fox and found her on your blog. I enjoy baking, crafting printmaking and watching birds. My boyfriend's cat (Junior) who lives with us is the creepiest lurker I know.
I'm Nina, a 23-year old Boston and Mexico City-based blogger focusing on violent conflict and drug policy--a far cry from what's on for me, for you... but I'm secretly a wanna-be graphic designer. And not-so-secretly a lover of all things beautiful. A big fan of your blog... it makes me very happy!
Hi there, my name is Jenn. I'm 27, and I run a blog under the name Ambrosia Girl. I do freelance work from home so I can carry out my full-time, more demanding job as Creative Art Director/Head Chef/Snot Wiper of two little boys. I very much enjoy your blog. You have a very eclectic, yet modern style that sets you apart from a lot of the design blogs out there. Your posts about anything cat-related are great, too.
I missed this by a couple of weeks but here goes:
Hi Kate! I'm Dennise, 25, proud Chicago native who is an avid For Me For You follower. I'm a bookkeeper/Public Relations student. I just started dating a wonderful guy who makes me very happy and indulges all my nerdy tendencies. My younger sister has lived in Seattle (shout out) for the past year. I love visiting her there. Again, I love your blog.

Hi Kate, I'm Denise, 34, a Miami native living in Toulouse, FR for the past 6 years. I came across you blog today for the 1st time via either Design Mom or Inside Loop (I've been online ALL day and have come across many things and can't rememer.)
I left my job as an art director to be a SAHM. I started blogging to keep up with my peeps. My hobby (scrapbooking) turned into a part-time job a few years ago when I started teaching workshops in France. I'm adding you to my bookmarks :) Bon dimanche, D
Hey, Kate! My name is Lynn, 24, from Brooklyn (born and raised), and I do data entry for a law firm in Brooklyn Heights. I have two semi-consistently awesome cats named Panther (boy) & Minuette (girl). I came across your blog through In(side) Loop, and I think it's great! I'm just now getting into blogging (I've always wanted to but just never made time for it, and when I say "just now", I mean I only have one post on my blog). I'm going to start slowly (maybe one post per week) and then hopefully build from there. You can find me at femmechiquita.blogspot.com.
hi kate my name is meddy From Bandung Indonesia your blog is very good. don't forget visit my blog:http://bandung-promotion.blogspot.com/ tks Medy
Bonjour!
I'm Sophie, a student at St Margarets College, Christchurch, New Zealand, I found this blog through In(side) the loop and I think it's GORGEOUS! I have a consistently terrified cat called Crunchie. I want to be the person who reads books and decides which ones get published, so one day I want to live in NYC and get into the publishing industry but for now I'm reading books without getting paid in between high school assignments...

hi kate,
i'm Floyd from Sabah, Malaysia. I'm an engineer who loves the green & certainly passionate about preserving the well being of our mother nature. If you'd like to have some insight about Malaysiaesp. the Boreno state of Sabah (tho not in big ways), do visit my blog and ask anything.
I stumble upon your blog when i was reading Courtney's "In(side) The Loop" blog. You have a neat, simple blog. Keep it up!

That's me. I'm 26 and for the past 11 years have been living in London. I'm originally from the Caribbean islands of St Vincent and the Grenadines.
I've been blogging since November. My bf pushed me to start doing that since I had nothing much to do while awaiting for my residency to come through. Without that I can't work... so I've been waiting 9 months now.
I blog about my life, my thoughts and dreams and the many niggly things about living in a vibrant city, dating and loving someone outside my culture and religion and sharing my poetry, books I've read and gigs/concerts I've been too.
I'm living the life of a present day hippy!
Hi, This is my first time looking at your blog and I am loving it- although I sense impending danger with your cute shoe selections and links! I found a reference to your blog over at Modish today.
I live in the SF Bay Area and am new to the blogging world, but just started one this weekend to help me get through my last year of acupuncture school.
