David Horvitz/Xiu Xiu scratch lotto benefit

David Horvitz is up to something awesome again. This time you give him $2 via paypal, and while he’s on tour with Xiu Xiu he’ll stop and buy you a lotto ticket. If you win, all proceeds go to charity and you’ll get a note from him telling you so. If you don’t, he just sends you the non-winning ticket.
