Happy Weekend!
Have a wonderful weekend, friends! I’m very excited as my friend Lauren and I are taking a jewelry making class that starts tonight, at make workshop. This is in preperation of making sure I know exactly what the ef I’m doing before I start selling my jewelry! Everything so far is self-taught, and I need to work backwards a little and refine the basics.
Thank you all for an amazing week upon opening my shop. I am so excited for the things to come, and have so many new ideas buzzing around in my head. I’ve recently learned the key to my happiness that seems almost too simple: keeping busy doing something I love. I largely have the love of my life, Billy, to thank for this. A while back when I was very unhappy, he sat me down and told me to find something like this to keep me occupied – that moping around and being bored after work, whining and filling my time with general self-loathing was such a complete waste of my time. And like that, I set out to find something to fix that. So far, it’s going great.
