necklace display

I love love love Desire To Inspire’s post on necklace displaying/storage. I’ve been trying to find something to hold the necklaces I make before they’re shipped out, as I just use thumb tacks in my wall right now, and after looking at a million ugly tie racks and coat hooks without enough hooks, I was feeling discouraged. But this display above – made of salvaged antique parts – made a light go off in my head that I should just make my own! It’s a bit hard to find salvaged wood in NYC just laying around, but I’ll see what I can dig up!

I’ll keep you updated on what I come up with.
