ahhh I love this! Every since I got married and my new initials became S.S. Dobbs I have gone a little hog wild with the whole nautical theme. I just love it. Your right for some reason it makes me think of my grandpa too.

One of the Christmas gifts I ordered my boyfriend was a tide clock from this great store based in Maine called Jonesport Nautical Antiques. He lives across the street from the beach so he makes good use of the clock! They have a lot of other cool things too on the website: http://www.nauticalantiques.com

I love ships! I have a screen all ready to print a ship I've been working on for a while… I've been lazy about buying some totes to print on, but I'll get them done soon! And My friend just got this ring from catbird… and soon these pirate ships will come in gold…
