Weekly Music #2: Summer On The Road Mix
I couldn’t put off my Fiona review yesterday, but I also didn’t want to wait to share my latest music mix. It was made for the purpose of my upcoming train trip next week (!) up the coast, or for summer car rides, but you can hear more about it over on Vic’s blog as a guest post while she’s in NYC. I made it a while ago before Vic left, so I’ve been listening to it for a while now on repeat. Jessica and I were laughing at how similar our latest mixes were because Tuesday Work Day (I’m going to capitalize that to make it super official, like a club) in my living room is all about sharing new music we’re into.

i listened to your mix yesterday and loved it! you and jessica have the most amazing mixes for work/travel/funtimes…it’s awesome. i’ll admit, i sometimes sit by the computer, hoping one of you will post something for me to get inspired by! haha.

I love that Whitest Boy Alive song so I’m excited for the mix in general. Also, few things are as nice as a leisurely train ride with good music in your ears :)

I listened to Emmylou the other day and remember thinking that it was a song I wouldn’t be surprised to find on one of your mixes and here it is! Such a great one
